A one-eyed youkai that guards a construction established at the depths of the Great Youkai Forest.
Before her migration to Gensokyo, she along with her other cyclopean fellows were imprisoned into the Underworld by one of the ancient Gods known as The Titans, out of fear their strong might could lead the world to devastation. Then, sometime after a massive war broke out that lead the Titans to their fall, they were liberated by a deity they admirably refer to as the “God King”.
As a sign of gratitude towards the mysterious deity that was involved in their liberation, the cyclops crafted a unique weapon that holds each and all properties to generate lighting strikes at will. How the cyclops managed to grasp the power to create the weapon remains unknown.
Forward to the present day, this specific cyclops has been tasked to guard a construction which imprisons a so-called hideous beast. Her adjustable eyesight makes her capable of not missing out on the smallest details, prompting her to repair the construction before it breaks down.
While she thinks very lowly of human beings, she has developed the decency to not let anyone enter the construction she’s guarding, unless said humans have been authorized to do it.
Nobody has managed to enter this construction unauthorized, until a resident from Gensokyo decided to investigate...
