Oh, one more thing—if you want to rename a file, you should move it without leaving a redirect. There's no need to delete it and upload again.

the reason I'm deleting the files is because i want to change the file type of the image(png, jpg etc...), not the name

I know most of the time you're changing the file extensions, but there were a few times you actually deleted files just to rename them. For example
文件:終わりなき裁判 -Eternal Judgement--いつか、彼岸の空で封面.jpg → 文件:終わりなき裁判 -Eternal Judgement-／いつか、彼岸の空で封面.jpg
文件:logical emotion（同人专辑）封面.jpg → 文件:Touhou Project arranged instruments 14th Anniversary Collection封面.jpg
